1 on 1 Training
1 on 1 training is the most individualized option for clients. This allows the client to have all the attention of a coach completely on them. This option includes individualized training programming, accountability calls/texts, personalized nutrition coaching, all group classes offered and optional online training if necessary. Recommended for those preparing for an event (wedding, bodybuilding, firefighter test), chronic musculoskeletal issues (knee pain, lower back pain, etc), sports performance training..
Semi-Private Training
Semi-Private training allows clients to have individualized coaching while having a training/accountability partner along their journey. This option includes programming tailored toward both clients goals, nutrition coaching, and accountability calls/text. Only 2 individuals are allowed per group; they must be close in fitness level, goals, and agree upon a set time and days to meet for each session. Both individuals are responsible to show up on set time and days of every session. There are no individual make up sessions.
Small Group Training
Small group training gives clients an affordable solution to build strength, lean muscle and improve performance in a safe efficient way. The groups are between 3-4 individuals; programming tailored toward the 7 functional movements; recommended the groups to be close in fitness level and goals. All members of the group are responsible to meet at set times and days for each session. There are no individual make up sessions. Individuals are allowed to join other small groups but this must be agreed upon by the trainer and groups ahead of time.
