Undefeated Fit Life

Undefeated Fit Life was founded by Coach Wendell, a fitness professional with a passion for helping people build strength, improve performance, and create lasting results. With a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a master’s in Exercise Physiology/Adult Fitness, Wendell has dedicated himself to understanding the science behind movement, training, and sustainable fitness.

 

Since 2018, he has been developing the UFL brand in Akron, working to empower individuals through a mindset of consistency and resilience. In late 2024, he opened his first fitness studio, a space designed for those committed to real progress—physically and mentally. At Undefeated Fit Life, the mission is simple: to help you train smarter, push past obstacles, and build a lifestyle that lasts.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

At Undefeated Fit Life, our semi-private training sessions are designed to give you the best of both worlds—personalized coaching and the energy of a small group (2-6 individuals). Each session begins with a dynamic group warm-up, preparing your body for movement and reducing injury risk. From there, your coach will demonstrate each exercise and explain the structure of the workout.

 

During the session, our coaching will be hands-on, ensuring proper form, providing modifications as needed, and pushing you to give your best effort. We can adjust for any injuries or limitations so you can stay engaged and make progress at your own pace. Training varies daily, typically focusing on full-body strength and conditioning with an emphasis on either upper or lower body. Sessions are one hour long, high-energy, and built to challenge you—while allowing you to go at your own pace.

 

We welcome all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. At Undefeated Fit Life, we believe in consistency, sustainability, and finishing strong. Make training a part of your daily habits. Try a session today!

1 ON 1
TRAINING

1 on 1 training is the most individualized option for clients. This allows the client to have all the attention of a coach completely on them. This option includes individualized training programming, accountability calls/texts, personalized nutrition coaching, all Group Classes offered and optional online training if necessary. Recommended for those preparing for an event (wedding, bodybuilding, firefighter test), chronic musculoskeletal issues (knee pain, lower back pain, etc), sports performance training.
